Who We Are:We are implementers.
We are strategists.
We are the team you want in your corner to help propel your business to the next level.
We partner with clients looking to increase their bandwidth through delegation. Our niche is Executive Support services for established solopreneurs and busy executives.
Our clients come to us across a spectrum of industries. We focus on Executive support services which are designed to relieve pressure points for clients struggling to manage their growth by themselves.
We believe that we are an active participant in the continued growth of our clients and their businesses and we look to scale with them as their business changes and develops. Most of our clients have come to us because of a referral made by one of our existing clients who has experienced these game-changing results. We look to work with clients who are results-driven and successful within their own industry.
A Virtual Assistant (VA) is essentially a independent contractor that provides support services to clients remotely. We save clients money and time, as we run virtual offices, thus providing all of our own: office space, equipment, software, training, etc. Because we are independent contractors, we also save clients the expense of having to hire a dedicated employee (ie you save on healthcare, employment taxes, vacation time, etc!).
Services range from practice to practice, but here at DVBS we focus on Executive Support for highly successful entrepreneurs/solopreneurs/small business owners. We do offer just about every other type of support service for any business through our sister company, Entrepreneur’s Entourage.
Some of the most requested services we perform for clients include: complex scheduling, travel planning, directed research, email correspondence, contact management, expense tracking and reporting as well as personal requests, just to name a few! We are also up to speed on all of the latest technology, so our clients constantly turn to us as resource to suggest and implement the most relevant new business tools.
Clients will contract with us in either a project or retainer basis. A project contract is ideal for someone who has a specific project or task that needs immediate, short-term support. This is usually an “as-needed” arrangement, an extra set of capable hands to bring your project to completion.
A retainer on the other hand is designed for clients who need a dedicated assistant in place. These clients need regular (usually daily) maintenance for ongoing, recurring tasks. Clients in retainer agreements commit to a specific number of hours per week/month and the hourly rates are discounted.
All of our clients must sign a contract and pre-payment is required to begin services. We also now offer the convenience of auto-billing for our retainer clients.

Emily’s background in Executive-level support combined with her Ivy-League education and entrepreneurial spirit, provided her growing client list with much needed qualified, premium level support.
In order to handle the growing number of clients, in 2008 Emily grew her business to include an incredible team of talented team members to expand the number of clients DVBS is now able to support. In addition to this growth, in 2009, Emily launched her second business, a sister company to DVBS, Entrepreneur’s Entourage. These services are designed to assist all entrepreneurs in developing their unique business models for growth and success. Just a handful of these services offered through Entourage include social media campaigns, website design, SEO and SEM, internet marketing, product launches and sales pages, e-commerce solutions, branding, sales and marketing.
Not only does this growth add to the number of clients now able to benefit from our services, it adds breadth to the list of services easily available to our DVBS clients.
